The muñeca featured here has two braids going down her back and wears large Oaxacan earrings and a necklace traditional to the region. An antlered deer rests on top of her head and she carries birds in each arm. Her dress is decorated in the "pastillaje" or embroidered clay technique that Teodora Blanco is known for, covering it with flowers, leaves and berries. Made of unglazed terracotta, she is in excellent condition.
